Human Resources Manager
Lea is the contact person for all HR-related topics at the Global Solutions Initiative Foundation since September 2023.
Prior to her current position, Lea worked for several foundations in the non-profit sector in various positions (including the Falling Walls Foundation and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation).
She is a trained systemic coach and has a bachelor’s degree in German studies and a diploma with a teaching option from the University of Vienna.
