Careleavers Inner Circle (CLiC) Forum
India | Careleavers Inner Circle Forum (CLiC) is a social initiative working to support care leavers – individuals transitioning from institutional care to society at large. Girish and Anisha started CLiC to address the unique challenges they faced. CLiC provides services such as obtaining identity documentation support, safe housing, financial assistance, education, career guidance, emotional support & counseling, and skill training through their TECH portal and helpdesk number. They have built a community of 2,500+ care leavers across India. They receive support from the government, UNICEF, Azim Premji Foundation, and various corporations (MIIC, Nudge, Microsoft, Haldiram, and Josh Community). CLiC values are centered on dignity, inclusivity, and resilience – to build a future where every care leaver has the opportunity to thrive.
