EcoCiclo

Brazil | EcoCiclo was founded by three Black women from Brazilian favelas, brought together by an entrepreneurship program to address the urgent lack of access to menstrual products in underserved communities. EcoCiclo developed 100% biodegradable sanitary pads and created an ecosystem that generates income and opportunities for women while providing sustainable menstrual solutions. In addition to its innovative products, EcoCiclo empowers women through educational initiatives, training them as menstrual health advocates to combat stigma and raise awareness about menstrual health.
