Nigeria | Promise Tracker NG aims to enhance civic space by providing citizens with the tools and information they need to hold elected officials accountable and make informed decisions when re-electing leaders. By promoting transparency and inclusivity, they seek to strengthen democracy and empower citizens to actively participate in the political process. The project provides government performance data so that people can have a clear-cut percentage of everything that has been achieved by elected officials, as well as promises that have or have not been kept. This will help create a social barometer that people can use to assess the work of their elected officials.
