The initiative trains beneficiaries to secure and retain jobs, partnering primarily with companies in the industrial and gastronomy sector. They also promote entrepreneurship through their textile workshop, a tattoo studio, and an advertising agency. In addition, the initiative offers psychosocial and legal support. By providing stable employment and entrepreneurial opportunities, they have successfully reduced recidivism by 90% among participants.
