Global Solutions Summit 2024

For its 8th edition, the Global Solutions Summit brought together an enthusiastic and diverse group of over 1,000 policy experts, researchers, and practitioners from more than 120 countries for two days of impactful dialogue and knowledge exchange.

Under the theme “Moving Beyond the Crisis: Mobilizing Change for Global Prosperity,” discussions focused on identifying key barriers to progress, conditions for effective change, and necessary steps for systemic transformation. Amid a world of unfolding “polycrises,” the Summit reenergized efforts to find solutions and spotlight initiatives that offer a way forward.

GSS2024 was an official side event of T20 Brazil. GSI was involved in the draft of the “T20 Implementation Roadmap” and co-wrote a summary final document of the Think20, which, as part of the Think20 Communiqué, identifies the most important concrete policy recommendations for action to the G20.
