WAGOI: How you, rather than cars, can control and get rewarded for your driven data
Theme:
Connected vehicles generate up to 25 GB of data per hour, yet drivers rarely decide how that data is used or valued. As the vehicle data market grows, control and value continue to sit with manufacturers and platforms.
This session explores how that model can change, focusing on how drivers can regain control of their car’s data and how market structures can ensure they are rewarded when it is used.
Speakers:
Paul Twomey, Co-Chair, Global Initiative for Digital Empowerment; former CEO of ICANN
Mario Schraepen, CEO, WAGOI
