University Federico II, Naples (Italy) - Lawyer and Professor of Energy Law at the University Federico II, she has participated to the National Program of Remarkable Research (PRIN 2008) “The juridical regime of the energy; powers public market, distribution of the energy; the energy’s regulation, environmental safeguard and renewable energies”. She has carried out scientific missions in Finland, Germany, and Spain on the issues of nuclear energy, the decommissioning of related plants and European policies on renewable energy. She was a speaker at various international conferences. She is a member of the scientific group about Proyecto de Investigacion (Plan Estatal): “Derecho Ambiental, Recursos naturales y Vulnerabilidad” at the Universidad de Sevilla.
