European University of Rome (Italy) - Associate Professor of Economic History and Dean of the Master’s Degree in Economics and Management of Innovation at the European University of Rome. He is Managing Editor of The Journal of European Economic History and Marshall Memorial Fellow (2017) of The German Marshall Fund of the United States. He is an Alumnus of the Aspen Junior Fellow Program of the Aspen Institute Italia.
