Policy analyst at the OECD Centre on Well-being, Inclusion, Sustainability and Equal Opportunity (WISE), where she works with governments on developing better metrics of people’s well-being and transforming them into policy action.
Leads the OECD How’s Life? Report series, as well as a project on the interlinkages between mental health and well-being.
Lara holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and held previous positions at the Busara Center for Behavioural Economics in Nairobi, Innovations for Poverty Action, and the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI).
