As JPO in Policy, Research, and Knowledge Sharing, Lea-Marie supports the ILO in strategy and process management of development cooperation projects with the German government and provides German constituents with ILO expertise, particularly in connection to ILO data and research, the network of social partners, and the norms.
She covers a range of topics related to due diligence in global supply chains, migration for work, equal pay, eradication of child labor, future of work, and occupational safety and health, among others.
