Duke University School of Law, Durham (USA) - Stanley A. Star Distinguished Professor of Law& Business at Duke University and founding director of Duke’s Global Financial Markets Center. Prior to joining Duke, he was a partner at two of the world’s leading law firms and Visiting Lecturer at Yale Law School. He also is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, a founding member of the International Insolvency Institute, former Business Law Advisor to the American Bar Association, a member of the Finance’s Panel of Recognized International Market Experts in Finance, and Senior Fellow of CIGI.
