The Think7 (T7) is the G7’s official engagement group of leading think tanks and research institutions. It develops evidence-based policy recommendations to inform the G7 agenda and the final Leaders’ Communiqué.
In 2026, under France’s G7 presidency, T7 will focus on global challenges such as economic stability, sustainable development, energy and climate transitions, digital governance, and inclusive growth. It will also address international security, cooperation with emerging economies, and the ethical governance of new technologies like artificial intelligence.
Through policy briefs, workshops, and expert consultations, T7 provides research-driven insights that reflect both G7 priorities and global perspectives.
