Aditya Kulkarni

Aditya Kulkarni, an innovator and tech entrepreneur from India, is the Co-founder & CEO of CareNX Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai. His technology startup develops digital health solutions with a critical mission: to reduce maternal and child mortality in resource-limited areas. CareNX’s mobile app empowers expecting women to monitor their pregnancies, enables health workers to identify high-risk complications, and allows gynaecologists to schedule timely interventions. Widely recognized as a Queen’s Young Leader and TEDx Speaker for his healthcare innovations, Aditya’s leadership has driven CareNX to remarkable achievements. In just two years, his team has collaborated with over 500 organizations across 10 Indian states, providing affordable care to more than 150,000 pregnant women in over 1,000 villages. CareNX has also created over 300 jobs for health workers and significantly improved grassroots antenatal care delivery. This impactful work has earned recognition and support from global organizations including the United Nations, Grand Challenges Canada (GCC), Foundation Botnar, UNICEF, Google, Cisco, World Health Summit (WHS), Innovation Forum, USAID, and DST India. Aditya further honed his expertise through Executive Leadership studies at the University of Cambridge, UK.
