Food Safety, Nutrition and Veterinary Public Health Department, Istituto Superiore di Sanità – Mantovani is a senior toxicologist of the Italian National Institute of Health (ISS), with a long-standing expertise on risk assessment, e.g. at EFSA. The interdisciplinary collaboration in risk assessment drove him toward One Health.
