Fundación Centro Internacional de Educación y Desarrollo Humano (CINDE), Antioquia (Colombia) – Economist, sociologist, doctor of education. He coordinates the initial education group of the Mission of Educators and Citizen Wisdom of Bogotá, Colom_x0002_bia. He is an independent consultant, Professor Emeritus, and Senior Advisor to CINDE in Colombia. He was a part-time Professor and now a guest at the University of Manizales. He is a member of the boards of the International Network on Peace Building with young children, INPB and the Early Child_x0002_hood on Peace Building, ECPC.
