Costa Rica | Andrés Soto is an MBA Candidate at Trinity College Dublin. There, he’s developing a project focused on integrating climate change solutions relevant to the banking industry. Before moving to Ireland, he worked in a multinational company in Costa Rica, splitting his time between roles as a finance analyst and a project lead for gender equality initiatives.
