Arnav Nigam

Arnav Nigam is an associate in the Center for Responsible Technologies, Microsave Consulting (MSC). His areas of interest include digital public infrastructure, technology policy, data governance and human centred design. With MSC, he led and worked on several projects, including DPI for AI strategy in LMICS, digital ID hackathons in Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Africa – aimed to build local capacity and develop new use cases in the digital ID ecosystem, Aadhaar Innovation Sandbox and Aadhaar nonpersonal data sharing policy. He holds a master’s in public policy and bachelor’s in computer science and engineering.
