World Trade Institute (WTI), University of Berne – Häberli is Fellow of the World Trade Institute, since 2007 with over 70 publications on multilateral, regional and preferential trade and investment issues. Trade negotiator for Switzerland in the GATT and the WTO (1986 to 2007). Chair of the WTO Committee on Agriculture (2005-2007). Chair of the Joint Committee of the Agriculture Agreement Switzerland-EU (2002-2007). WTO Panellist in 20 stages of 5 dispute settlement cases. (1996-2015). Chairperson of the Arbitration Panel on Ukraine’s export restrictions.
