Dina Chaerani

Dina Chaerani, from Indonesia, is the Co-Founder of Sexdugram, an innovative online platform offering comprehensive, youth-friendly, and accessible pre-marital sexuality education for Indonesian children and youth. This initiative builds upon her earlier work with Lapor Yuk!, an online reporting mechanism for sexual violence against children and youth in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, available on Google PlayStore. Dina possesses a unique blend of direct experience working with youth in need and a strong academic background. She holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies – Erasmus University Rotterdam, with dual specializations in Children and Youth Studies (CYS) and Public Policy and Management (PPM). Her personal experience as a sexual violence survivor at age 13 deeply fuels her passion and commitment to advancing and mainstreaming the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of children and young people.
