Fabio Fava

University of Bologna – Fava is Full Professor of Bioeconomy at the School of Engineering of the University of Bologna. He is the scientific Coordinator of the Italian Bioeconomy strategies and IAP, the Chair of the “National Bioeconomy Coordination Board” at the Presidency of Council of Ministers (Rome) and the Chair of the World Food R&I Forum.
