Faith Kuya

Faith Kuya, Tanzania, is the CEO and co-founder of SafeSip Straws, a pioneering venture addressing water scarcity and contamination through innovative filtration technology for rural African communities. Driven by personal experience with waterborne illnesses, she has led SafeSip Straws to provide clean water access to over 4,000 families. Faith’s impactful work has earned her numerous accolades, including World Bank Youth Aquapreneur 2023, Global Water Challenge by CEMEX 2022, Social Shifters Winner 2021, Climate Launchpad Winner 2020, Because Accelerator 2021, and recognition as a TEF Alumni.
