I am Fajar Sidik Abdullah Kelana, founder and COO of Banoo Indonesia, an aquaculture tech startup focused on empowering rural communities. With a background in mechanical engineering (UGM) and a Master’s in Innovation Management (KTH), I developed Mycrofish, a low-energy oxygen generator that boosts aquaculture yields by 40% while reducing carbon emissions by 20%. Adopted by over 1,000 small-scale fish farmers across Indonesia, Mycrofish has been globally recognized, earning awards like the Top 20 James Dyson Award and Grand Prize in the Thought for Food Challenge.
