Freshta Sadat

Freshta Sadat is the Founder of Afghan Online School (Afghan Maktab). With over five years of industry experience spanning data analysis, data engineering, systems integration, database management, software development, and project management, she brings a robust technical background to her mission. After earning her Bachelor’s in software engineering from Kabul University, Freshta began her career as an application developer in Kabul before dedicating five years to USAID-funded projects with an international organization in Afghanistan. She is deeply passionate about technology, peace, human rights, and empowering young girls to pursue careers in ICT. Currently, Freshta applies her expertise as a quality improvement and data manager for a non-profit organization in the United States.
