Giulia Carsaniga

Italy | Giulia Carsaniga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the trilingual University of Bolzano and is currently a Master of Public Policy candidate at the Hertie School in Berlin. Passionate about EU governance and digital policy, she works with the European Public Sector team at the tech consultancy Capgemini, who are also a practice partner in her research on EU technological sovereignty. Giulia’s international experience includes an exchange semester in Singapore and public affairs roles in both Brussels and Berlin. She is fluent in Italian, English, German, and French.
