Helena Kandjumbwa
Chief of Staff, Mukuru Clean Stoves
Helena Kandjumbwa holds an LLB Honours degree from the University of Namibia and is currently pursuing dual master’s degrees at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin – a Master’s in Public Policy and a Master’s in Data Science.
She serves as Chief of Staff at Mukuru Clean Stoves, where she oversees strategic operations and leads the company’s carbon trading project. Helena also heads the research and development efforts for the company’s novel mosquito repellent briquettes, contributing to innovative solutions that address both health and environmental challenges.
As the founder of New Elementary Namibia, Helena established an NGO focused on improving the quality of Early Childhood Education in Namibia. The organization has successfully rehabilitated two learning centers, working to enhance educational infrastructure and learning environments for young children. Her expertise in early childhood development was further utilized during her consultancy work with UNICEF Namibia, where she contributed to Early Childhood Development initiatives.
