Leslie Nii Lantey Mills

From August 2024 to October 2025, Leslie Nii Lantey Mills (he/him) was Senior Communications Manager at the Global Solutions Initiative. He leveraged digital storytelling, content creation, and enhancing user experiences to support the Global Solutions Initiative’s communications objectives. He has a rich international background and expertise in strategic communications, media relations, and digital outreach, which includes previous work on flagship projects at the Togolese Ministry of Digital Economy and Transformation, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as well as research assistance at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.

Leslie holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Hertie School, specializing in digital governance and economic development. His academic background also includes studies in Political Science at the University of Ghana and International Affairs at Sciences Po Paris. Beyond his work at GSI, Leslie is an aspiring polyglot who enjoys making cross-cultural and linguistic connections; he speaks fluent English, French, Ga, Twi as well as conversational German, and Mandarin.
