Ukraine | Maksym Makukha is the co-founder of a Ukrainian NGO dedicated to environmental protection, with a focus on climate change, resource efficiency, and sustainable development. He is currently a guest researcher at the Helmholtz Environmental Research Center in Germany, working within the Landscape Ecology department. His interests include multifunctional agricultural landscapes, sustainable food production, and biodiversity protection.
