Maria Cecilia Ramirez Bello

Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) – Ramirez Bello is a Senior Infrastructure Specialist and Advisor at the Inter-American Development Bank’s Department of Infrastructure and Energy, where she oversees the portfolio of public infrastructure loans. She is an economist from Universidad Central, Venezuela, holds a Master’s in economic theory from Paris School of Economics, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University.
