SUMMA, Santiago (Chile) – Is Director of School Transformation at SUMMA (Education Research and Innovation Laboratory for Latin America and the Caribbean). He is a Civil Industrial Engineer and master’s in economics from the University of Chile. He has a Ph.D. in Comparative International Education at Stanford University. He has worked in Chile at the Ministry of Education, the National Board of Early Childhood Education, the Agency for the Quality of Education, the Superintendency of Education and the National Training and Employment Service. Ha has been consultant at the InterAmerican Development Bank and is president of the I-Tek Foundation.
