Infectious Diseases Department, Istituto Superiore di Sanità – Monaco is a staff researcher (PhD) in the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Italian National Institute of Health (ISS). She carries on research and institutional activities in the field of antibiotic-resistance, in the framework of the National Surveillance of the Antibiotic-Resistance AR-ISS, included in the European network EARS-Net (ECDC), and in the field of vaccine-preventable diseases (Diphtheria) within the European Diphtheria Surveillance Network EDSN (ECDC). For these activities, she has institutional positions at the Ministry of Health and the ECDC.
