Oluwademilade Adelaja

Oluwademilade is a leading Education Activist dedicated to improving access to quality education in Nigeria. She heads the Projects Fundraising and Partnerships team at Street to School Initiative and is an author of the children’s book “Little Citizens of the World: A Children’s Guide to Global Citizenship Education”. Her impactful work in the educational sector has earned her recognitions such as a finalist at the 2021 Financial Times SDG competition, recipient of the Cuppy Foundation Grant, UNESCO APCEIU Grant competition, and the 2023 Future Awards Africa Prize for Education nomination.
