Rogers Githinji

Rogers Githinji, CEO of Nairobi Legal-Insights (NLI), is driven by a powerful mission: to democratize legal knowledge in Kenya. His company empowers the poor and non-lawyers by providing simplified, digestible legal content, leveraging digital technology to foster equitable access to legal education and justice. Githinji is an award-winning youth entrepreneur whose impact extends globally. In 2022, he was a top 3 winner at the Youth4South Entrepreneurship Competition during the UN Global South-South Development Expo in Bangkok. He was also recognized as one of the 75 Global Emerging Talents by Falling Walls in Berlin in 2021 for “Breaking the Wall of Access to Justice.” Furthermore, Githinji serves as a Young Leader at The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust Network Hub and, this year, was selected as an expert mentor by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a UN specialized agency, to guide winners of “Innovations to Empower Women and Girls.” He holds a Master of Laws in International Financial Law and Regulation from Strathmore University and previously worked at the Administrative Tribunal of the African Development Bank.
