Ruben Boni

Côte d’Ivoire | Ruben Boni is a political advisor for youth and social media at the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. In this role, he coordinates a political training program for young leaders from various sectors across Côte d’Ivoire, including political parties, trade unions, and civil society.

Ruben is a recognized expert on digital democracy, having authored a study on “the influence of social media on democracy in Côte d’Ivoire.” As a certified facilitator for Media and Information Literacy (MILI) by the Deutsche Welle Akademie, he regularly trains young Ivorians in combating online disinformation. With a background in law, Ruben has also contributed as a blogger for the “Ivoire Justice” project for RNW, a Dutch media company, and is currently a blogger on RFI’s Mondoblog platform.
