Siddharth Padmanabhan

From October 2022 – December 2025 Siddharth worked with the the Global Solutions Initiative Foundation in several roles. Most recently he worked as a Senior Program Manager, where he coordinated the Socio-Economic Transformation program, and organized the seminar series.

Prior to joining  the Global Solutions Initiative, Siddharth worked extensively with civil society organizations in the education and child safety sectors. Working as a development consultant for early-stage education NGOs, he built capacity and helped them scale up in impact. He also led the program design and operations of a systemic intervention towards women and child safety in natural disaster-prone districts of eastern India.

Siddharth is a Master of Public Policy graduate from the Hertie School in Berlin and holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Delhi.
