Sudesh Pokhrel

Sudesh is a Phd student at the South Asian University in New Delhi, India. His project focuses on an alternative governance model of Gross National Happiness apart from Gross Domestic Product for balancing material and immaterial growth through the adaptation of a Middle Path as a mindful route towards development. Middle Path centers around the concept of thought and action where the individual and collective life in the society are linked interdependently. It centers around the concept of Development with Values for recoupling the society, economy while preserving the natural environment.
