Uche Kenneth Udekwe

Uche Kenneth Udekwe is a Public Health Administrator, Social Entrepreneur, and the CEO/Founder of NATAL CARES. He brings a wealth of experience, having been recognized as a Lagos Business School Fellow, YALI Fellow, FATE Foundation Fellow, LEAP AFRICA Fellow, and a One Young World Ambassador. Uche possesses exceptional human relations and communication skills, fluently speaking six major Nigerian languages: Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Pidgin, English, and Sign Language. In 2016, a profound personal tragedy—the loss of his sister-in-law and childhood friend during childbirth—galvanized Uche’s commitment to action. Since then, he has dedicated his life to drastically reducing maternal and child deaths, founding Natal Cares to achieve this vital goal.
