Russia | Yulia Dragunova is a lawyer and a legal and policy researcher. She previously worked on international arbitration and litigation projects at a leading Russian law firm.
Yulia holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow, with her Master’s specializing in International Trade, Finance, and Economic Integration. She has extensive academic research experience, having served as an external research consultant for EBRD and as a research associate at both HSE and Queen Mary University of London. Her academic and professional interests span international investment law, trade law, sustainable development, and energy transition. Yulia is passionate about aligning business and policy perspectives with sustainable development and has a growing experience in managing various culture and education-oriented projects.
