Science, technology and innovation for SDGS post-pandemic: Strengthening technology facilitation mechanism and global public goods for low- and middle-income countries

To respond to the cost of living crisis and supply bottlenecks in many countries without losing track of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development and the Paris Climate Goals, the G7 need to adopt an ambitious action agenda. This issue paper puts forward policy recommendations developed by the T7 Task Force on Sustainable Economic Recovery, and focuses on underpinning the growth of the world economy, scaling up green investment, addressing the debt crisis in the Global South, reinvigorating global trade and building more resilient supply chains, and strengthening international cooperation and multilateral institutions.
