Think7 Policy recommendations on shaping international cooperation for the global common good

The Think7 task force “Shaping international cooperation for the global common good” will go back to the first principles about international cooperation. It will ask questions about the case of and incentives for global cooperation, consider the potential need for sub-national actors and revisit the design of institutions. Drawing from these discussions, the task force will formulate policy recommendations for the G7 on solutions for strengthening multilateralism and improving global governance, particularly aiming at advising the G7 presidency’s priority on “Investment in a better future” in the spirit of Agenda 2030, and focuses on investment for infrastructure as well as cooperation in general.

In this session, major policy recommendations of the task force to G7 policymakers are presented and discussed.
