Siddharth works as a Program Manager with GSI, where he coordinates the Socio-Economic Transformation program, and organizes the seminar series. 

Prior to joining GSI, Siddharth worked extensively with civil society organizations in the education and child safety sectors. Working as a development consultant for early-stage education NGOs, he built capacity and helped them scale up in impact. He also led the program design and operations of a systemic intervention towards women and child safety in natural disaster-prone districts of eastern India.

Siddharth is a Master of Public Policy graduate from the Hertie School in Berlin and holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Delhi.
