Senior Consultant at Perspectives – Climate Group since 2015, delivering services to private and public clients on the design of sectoral mitigation strategies, development of the NDCs and their implementation plans, evaluation of
carbon pricing mechanisms. He is also working on the development of market mechanisms and Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, including assessment
of pilot activities and on the operationalization of key conceptual elements.
Dario has working experiences in Asia, South America and Africa and he’s
currently based in Milan. He also participated in the negotiations at UNFCCC
level as member of the Italian delegation.
