He was Sec_x0002_retary of Culture and Creativity in the Ministry of Culture of Argentina, Undersecretary of the Creative Economy and Director of the Metropolitan Design Center at the City Government. He holds a BA in Public Policy and lectures at University of Buenos Aires.
