International Development Law Organization, (IDLO) - Dodero is an Italian lawyer with a 15 years experience as a legal expert at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Inter-ministerial Committee for Human Rights. Since 2018, Silvia has been working for the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), as Senior Advocacy Officer and Counsellor at the Permanent Delegation of IDLO to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
