Kiran Bhatty

Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi (India) - Senior Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research, where her research focuses on institutional aspects of education provision. She is currently conducting research at the EHESS, Paris on education and citizenship. She was the first National Commissioner for the Right to Education Act, India and continues to be a member of several national committees on education policy. She has published in several academic journals and the national media.
