International Monetary Fund (IMF) - Faculty member in the Economic Division, Prince Saud Alfaisal Institute of Diplomatic Studies (Riyadh), Expert at the IMF and Chief Economic Advisor (Part-time) at the Saudi Ministry of Economic and Planning. Former president of the Gulf Monetary Council (GMCO) with teaching, editing and consulting experience with major regional and international organizations, universities and research centers. BA from King Saud University in economics, MA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in Quantitative economics, and Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, in economics and finance.
