Public finance expert, involved in numerous research and projects and evaluation on Indonesia decentralization, intergovernmental transfer, and taxation. Former member of TADF (Technical Assistance on Fiscal Decentralization) in the Ministry of Finance and member of RSAI (Regional Science Association International). Co-editor of Intersecting (2021). PhD degree in Economics from Georgia State University in, MA from Georgia State University.
