University of Cambridge - Tong is a Policy Analyst at Policy Links, University of Cambridge, responsible for delivering a variety of consulting and capacity building projects for UK and international policymakers. Prior to this, Tong was a Research Economist with the Department of Policy, Research and Statistics at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). He specialises in the economics and policies of transnational production and industrial development.
